You are welcome to come to this class following your post natal GP check or when you are 12 weeks post c section. You can come to this class with your baby until they are mobile as you will then spend more time attending to them than exercising!
Your baby can be next to you in a car seat or on a play mat/blanket that you bring with you. If you walk and bring a pram, there is plenty of space for the pram to be in the room with us which is great if your baby is asleep!
With any exercise, it’s ideal if you do it regularly but I also know when you have tiny babies, plans don’t always follow through! I sell the classes in blocks of 4 so you have time to use them up and it won’t matter if you miss a week.
No problem! Pick them up for a cuddle and then try again. If you need to feed then carry on.
