Any pregnant lady who is beyond 12 weeks and has no medical complications that will prevent her from taking on exercise. Your midwife or consultant will have told you if you should avoid exercise during pregnancy.
The class will be 3 one hour sessions over a 3 week period.
Yes, the exercises will be progressed over the 3 week period and you will have a regimen to continue with at home by the end of the 3 weeks that will keep you as flexible and as strong as possible during your pregnancy.
You need to have had your initial scan
with no complications.
Bring a drink with you to
keep up your hydration through the session.
