Are you finding it difficult to work out regularly at a class? Are you going to a class but not getting the results you would like? Do you want to burn body fat and feel stronger? Athlete 12 allows you to work out from home when it suits you, with short, manageable bouts of exercise.
The programme, which lasts 12 weeks will build up on how much you work out, gradually reduce your rest periods and increase any weights used, to overall make you fitter and stronger. Exercise bands
needed for the exercise are supplied but you will initially need a set of 2kg dumbbells which progress over the weeks to 3kg and 5kg. Increase in the weight of the dumbbells is entirely up to you, you will still be working hard with the smaller weights but the choice is yours.
There is a short fitness test at week 1, 6 and 12 so you can track your progress and notice the improvements made. You will receive one workout a week via e mail from Burrell Education and then another workout will be delivered through a closed Facebook group over the 12 weeks.
The Facebook group will also give you the motivation to keep going through the 12 weeks and give you opportunity to ask any questions about progress. There is also an option to add a nutrition plan as an extra to get the full benefit of nutrition and exercise.
