Kettlebells is a great overall body workout and if you are used to using a kettlebell then you could join me for a session on Thursday mornings at 10.30am.
Please note this session is not suitable for women less than 6 months post natal and you must have no issues with pelvic floor or diastasis (abdominal muscle separation) if you are beyond 6 months. These exercises will most likely make these issues worse.
On signing up I will send you a brief health form to complete to determine your suitability to exercise.
