A variety of resisitance bands, some small hand weights (tins of tomatoes or similar will also do) and a broom handle without the implement on the end!
This class is currently run over zoom and will continue to do so for now. The session is always recorded of me doing the exercises so that this can be sent out to you to catch up with when time allows.
The class is designed for you to work as hard as you like or can manage. The exercises are done over a timed interval so it's fine to work at your pace and do as many as you feel able to do.
