Hi,

For the last 7 years, all the classes and courses that I have provided have been running under the

umbrella name of Mumsfit. This was a great starting point for me as I offered a service mostly for

new mums. 

However, over the past few years, I have added to my class timetable and now provide classes/courses for all women and not just mums, and hence the name has changed. I will still be providing all the classes/courses that I have done in the past but there are new things to come too. My new business name is ‘Joan’s Wellness Zone’ and this will hopefully make all women feel welcome to join me.
